Country crooner Austin Cunningham provided entertainment during the Welcome Party held Friday night before the sale.
The Welcome Party, held at Green Valley Ranch, was well attended.
Everyone enjoyed fantastic food and good company.
Green Valley Ranch and The Brent Loseke Colt company provided a big spread complete with excellent food and drinks. An open bar was provided by the consigners group.
As the sun set in the west, everyone headed out after the welcome party, in anticipation of the sale the next day.
The morning of the sale, everything was prepped, polished, and ready for the crowds.
Prior to the sale, buyers enjoyed lunch by the famous Rudy's Barbeque.
Megan Winegar sang a beautiful and well received rendition of the National Anthem before to the sale began.
Emily Winegar carries the flag on NRHA Open futurity finalist, Kate Can Skate, as resident Green Valley trainer Brent Loseke pauses for the National Anthem.
Pete Kyle speaks to the crowd, while fellow consigners Dell Hendricks, Scott McCutcheon, Tom McCutcheon, Tim McQuay, Kim Sloan and Gary Putnam are introduced.

Lot #1, Smart Great Dude, by Smart Starbuck, was the high seller when the gavel dropped at $98,000.
There was a record crowd at the 2004 sale, with the average sale on horses sold up $800 from last year.
Lot #14, Bosses Reminic, was the high selling mare. A daughter of NRBC Champion, Reminic N Dunit, she sold for $51,000 to Bob Loomis. Loomis also bought lot #8 Hollywood Stunt Girl and Lot #27 Moms Little Prize.
The sale had a true family atmosphere, complete with a Bounce House and an arts + crafts room for the kids.
Lil Ruf N Smart, by Lil Ruf Peppy, was another high seller. The sorrel colt sold to Joan Julen for $33,000.
The sale provided ample time for socializing.

The sale provided a great place to catch up during the whirlwind of futurity season.
