WEBCAST INFORMATION
A live webcast of the auction is available the day of the sale(s) at www.LegacySale.com . Although we make no guarantee of this transmission, we will make every effort to provide a transmission for sale day viewing. If the signal goes down, we will restore the connection as quickly as possible. Although we may refer to the webcast as “LIVE”, depending on the speed of your internet connection, there WILL be a delay. We will be transmitting from a rural area and both internet speed and phone signal / reliability can vary.
Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure correctness of the information printed in the sale catalog. However, as each horse enters the sale arena all participants are cautioned to pay close attention to the announcements made during the sale regarding changes in, or additions to, information found in the sale catalog, as such announcements take precedence over the catalog printed material, email or web listings/information. All announcements from the auction block take precedence; you are responsible for knowing this information.
PHONE BIDDING
All offsite bidding can be done by phone or by sealed bid (in advance). Phone bidding is provided as a convenience – the best way to bid is in person. There will be a roll-over phone system during the day of the sale at (940) 488-1407. This system can handle up to 5 simultaneous calls. In the event all lines are active, you will be placed into a call queue, and your call will be taken in the order it was received. When you reach the phone representative, you will be required to provide bidder information, (Name, address, phone, email, payment information), you are encouraged to call in advance.
Phone bidders are bound by the same TERMS & CONDITIONS as the live bidders: Please read them carefully as all sales are final. We are not responsible for dropped calls. The auctioneer’s decision is final on any ties or bidding discrepancies.
The following will help you successfully bid by phone:
1. Call at least 3 horses prior to the horse you are interested in bidding on.
2. There WILL be a delay in the webcast, so your phone representative is the best source for the most current bid amount.
3. The more information you can provide us, the better we can help you with your bidding.
4. The phone bidding line is for bidding; the representatives will not be able to answer questions such as pedigree, etc. or any subjective questions about the condition of the horse. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided by the phone representative.
